As Professional Dog Groomers, Experts In KC Nutrition, And Professional Exhibitors Of Show Dogs we know a thing or two about owning, working with, and looking after dogs. We like to pass on some of our knowledge to you so you can give your new puppy the best possible start in life and in it's new home.

Our puppies are not only amongst the best pet Bichons you will find, but they also come with everything you need for when you take your puppy home. Your new puppy will have been fully groomed and given a hygiene trim and nails trimmed before leaving with you and we will take you through the Puppy Pack and answer any questions you may have. 

Our comprehensive puppy pack is put together from a wealth of knowledge, not just about the Bichon Frise, but in general canine nutrition and skin and coat care and years of experience in owning, showing and working with dogs. The pack includes specific expert advice on nutrition for your new Bichon Frise.

The puppy pack includes the following:

Full Colour A4 Multi-Generational Pedigree Certificate

Full Colour A4 Birth Certificate

A 3kg bag of Royal Canin Mini Junior top quality puppy food - this is enough to feed your new Bichon Frise puppy for at least one month.

1 double food/water bowl.

We also supply you with a 2 litre bottle of still spring water to help wean your new puppy onto your own local tap water. This helps reduce the possibility of loose stools and upset tummies.

A brand new pet carrier with seatbelt slides for in-car safety.

A brand new fleece blanket to keep your puppy comfy whilst in the pet carrier.

A brand new puppy lead & harness set.

A puppy training book.

A supply of puppy training pads .

A supply of chew sticks.

Also you will get a vast amount of written information on general dog ownership, advice and information on the Bichon Frise including the history of the breed, grooming requirments, and nutrition.

The PDSA very kindly send us these leaflets in paper form to include in our puppy pack, And we thank them very much for this, please take the time to view the PDSA web site and please think about donating a small ( OR EXCEPTIONALY LARGE ) amount to them and help the continue the fantastic work they do for Pets In Need Of Vets !

We also have charity Boxes at our dog grooming salons and any tips given by our dog grooming customers are split equally between them.

 Your puppy will leave us with fully comprehensive insurance for 4 weeks with www.petplan.co.uk

Your puppy will be Microchipped with www.petid.co.uk and registered on the "Kennel Club’s" www.petlog.co.uk database with all your contact details, making sure your puppy will get returned to you should it go missing.

Our puppies are wormed up to date (every two weeks) and again with “Panacur" oral paste at 8 weeks old. It is required again when the puppies are 10 weeks old. They are also flea-treated with “Stronghold” a spot-on treatment for fleas, ticks, ear mites and also extra woming.

You will have the full back up of Best Bichons™ at all times.
