The Bichon Noir is fundamentally a black Bichon Frise so you get everything you love about the Bichon Frise from its great temprament to its non moulting coat.
Some have lovely white flashes under the chin, or white toes, some are jet black all over.

"Sox" lives in south London with his Mummy "Dona" and she is so in love with him, he is a super little puppy and is much adored by everyone he meets.

As you can see, Sophie's owners prefer her being groomed more towards the Poodle style. Sophie is so sweet
We aim for all Bichon Noir should be 100% Black however a small amount of white is acceptable. This are normally under the chin towards the chest and on the feet and on the tip of tail.

"Sophie" one of the little girls born 27th February 2010. She lives in Jersey with her two lovely owners.

This is Sophie at just one week old.
It is common knowledge that most " recognised Breeds" of dog were bred to take advantage of certain attributes of the two or more breeds in question. Man has influenced our Canine friends more than nature ever could. For the most part this has been positive and indeed the Bichon Noir is part of this positive "Man Made" breeding.
Look at this cheeky chap his name is "YOGI"
This little chap was the puppy that we wanted to keep, but Jane in Swansea was so lovely and sad that she missed out on the litter we caved in and let her give him the fabulous home he now has with her.
